We are about to become your favorite online store for neck wear and other men’s accessories. We're located in Ontario, Canada and we take pride in designing our own styles to create unique pieces that make you stand out...not in a bad way though.

Your ties and accessories look awesome; whats the quality like?
Rest assured our ties and accessories are made from high quality fabrics (silks, cotton, linen). Plus we've done our best to cut out a lot of the middle people so we can offer the best prices.
What size are your Neckties?
Our sizes are standard lengths and widths. All our ties are approximately 58 inches long and range from 2.5" - 3.25" in width.
How will I know that my order is being processed?
Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically processed within one (1) business day. Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, a shipping notification will be emailed to you.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We aim to process all orders within one business day. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays . Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select. All shipping options include tracking.
Shipping within Canada usually takes 2-7 business day once shipped;
Shipping to the USA usually takes 4-7 days once shipped;
International shipping usually takes up to 12 business days once shipped.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once we've shipped your order.
Do you ever have sales or promotions?
Although our prices already low, we do have sales throughout the year. We encourage you to create an account even if you don't buy anything right away,...that way you can receive notifications about sales and promotions...even a few exclusive discounts.
Is my credit card information stored/safe?
The Shopify platform on which our website is built is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. As a result, our online store is PCI compliant, which guarantees each transaction is legitimate and safe. In other words...its all good!
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We're pretty sure you'll love your purchase, but if for some reason, you're not satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com and let us try to make you happy.
How often do you add new designs?
We try to release a new collection of designs quarterly.
If I change my mind can I change or cancel my order?
We doubt you will ever change your mind but if you do, your order can be cancelled once shipping has not been confirmed. If there is an issue after shipping, feel free to return for a full refund. Whatever the issues, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it resolved.
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), but our website allows you to toggle between currencies such as US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Jamaican Dollar, Euro, etc.
